Fantastic base for staying in the center of Enschede. Comfortable bed, spacious and brand-new room with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave. Separate bedrooms. Location close to the center of the city, and Enschede for a family members funeral. Good choice of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. Unforgettable overall experience😀

The flexible staff made it a pleasurable place to stay. The location was magnificent, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Galerie Beeld & Aambeeld.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was separate; the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, tea, and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator was great.

Some rooms faced the street and could be noisy due to deliveries and late-night activity. The lack of hooks in the bathroom made it difficult to hang wet towels or clothing.

The location was mind-blowingly convenient, right in the heart of the city. The new and clean apartment was super spacious and comfortable, with comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The modern and spacious design was jaw-dropping, and the balcony was a great addition. The whole place smelled amazing.

Enjoyed feeling at home in the vibrant city, walking distance to popular attractions. Oude Markt was the perfect place to unwind and socialize. The hotel always handles complaints so fairly!

Loved the broken sofa bed that couldn't fit two people. Noisy auxiliary room and suffocating middle room made me want to take sleeping pills.

I stayed at The Residence for a week on a family visit. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to everything. The apartment was spacious, bright, and clean. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The sofa-bed was big enough for two adults this time, and my daughter loved her own cozy bed. The whole place smelled amazing. It would have been even better if the children working there could have provided more assistance specifically tailored for senior guests.
